vinegar from tea? this is not simply just vinegar and tea blended together, we use a long fermented black tea as the vinegar base. after which our mother culture is added to transform it into vinegar.
the result? a floral aromatic taste, and medium acidity with soft wine-like tannins.
try it tossed over a fresh salad, sprinkled over ripe berries, or as an ingredient in drinks

some sediment may occur. if a mother of vinegar forms, don't be alarmed. simply strain it away and use it to create your own batch of vinergar, or toss it in the rubbish
